The stigma of seeking a professional for health whether it’s physical or mental is finally lifting here in the UK.
The great thing about the techniques I use is that you, the client do not need to share or discuss any content. Nor will you need to change your medication as that has no baring on the process.
Why? because this is not talking therapy.
The work I do means we can workout your problems without narrating the story of why or how you came to get here.
I envision that in the future people will book appointments with their therapist like they would a hair salon or dentist because these things all need maintenance and you’re mental health is no different in that respect.
Any change, increase or reduction of your meds must be done under the guidance of your GP, I do not get involved or give advise on medications, ever.
