The work I do here is all about empowering you. When you become my client I can guide you to get your head out of it’s stuck way, in order to make better day to day decisions. The intention is that you can go on your way with a fresh brain in order to make clear and better future life plans.
The idea is that the work is completed in a short as time as possible, so that you will be able to get back on with life with a clearer mind and healthier way of being. It’s not talking therapy, it’s also not life coaching and it’s not care and support. No, it’s not witchcraft either like one of my clients’ friends suggested after seeing 20 years of his psoriasis clear up in a matter of weeks.
What is it?
It’s ‘change work’ and based on scientific understanding of neurology, the workings of the human body and years of study and practice so that I can assist you to work things out for yourself.
Who is it for?
The range of people I work with is broad, from actors with anxiety, addicts with early life traumas, psoriasis sufferers with depression or therapists with time management issues. I’ve been practicing since 1996 and have a lot of experience however, I may not always be the best person to assist you, if this is the case then I can refer you to someone else who I feel may be better suited to you with the skills and experience they have.
Why?
Everyone gets stuck from time to time, most of my clients have spent years (average is 2.5 years) trying to work things out and say they’ve tried ‘everything’ but the long wait for things to get better has made them sick and tired. It’s very often their own beliefs and habits that’s got in their way. Sometimes life messed them up, sometimes they’ve messed up life for themselves.
Whatever it is getting in your way and stopping you from making the changes you want then that’s where I can help you find another path and get you moving again.
Most of the work can be completed content free, that means you won’t have to ‘talk’ about anything, especially stuff that you don’t remember or just don’t want to talk about.

Questions I often hear:
What if I can’t remember where or when the problem came from?
The eyes are not separate from your brain, they are 2 bits of brain that can be seen from the outside. The eye movement work acts to access specific emotional imprints, just like REM does when you dream, except the algorithms I use are designed to specifically target problem states and build in solutions within so that they change.
How many sessions will I need?
On average the work can be completed in a 2 to 3 sessions. This very much depends on the damage that’s been inflicted, your ability to follow simple instructions and willingness to apply yourself. Eye movement work is very fast and painless, there’s no change to your current medications and the only advice you will receive will be around reducing toxin intake if that’s an issue.
What if I have problems with my eyes?
I use a variety of techniques, like metaphor, NLP, timeline Techniques, Hypnosis and occasionally I will use simple storytelling if it helps you to change a fixed idea or perspective.
What’s metaphor work?
The metaphor work is excellent for online work, in brief it’s a way for translating what your emotional mind has been trying to tell your logical mind, often for years. The ignored emotional mind will instead communicate through the nervous system, this starts with stress and anxiety and if it becomes chronic then depression can set in.
The logical mind deals with the decisions, it’s the business end and because it’s dominant it so often doesn’t listen to what the emotional side your mind is trying to tell it.
This is where metaphor work excels over hypnotherapy or the pure logic of talking therapy or all the training and self-development courses that you may have embarked upon.
All these techniques I use are tried and tested with the aim to allow you to see the problem from a different perspective.
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) to deal with PTSD
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is the core technique I use.
IEMT utilises what we do naturally (move our eyes) when we think and recall memories. This has been developed into a precise and specific algorithm to gain access to old neurological imprints in order to address how that has an impact on your day to day life.
The end result is that the range of techniques I use will help enhance both your personal and business life.
